The data collected on the web are data, exclusively, for the management and communication of the event. Neither the web, nor the app, nor the organization of the event will share the data provided by users, in any case and under no circumstances.

Users agree to receive, from the event organization, the news and topics of interest related, provided that users have registered in our newsletter from any of the pages on which the form appears.

Users can unsubscribe at any time from our newsletter and / or request the total withdrawal of their data for any purpose, by contacting us at the email address

With respect to the app, the requested data will be: username, and email address. This data will be kept in the app and on the server until the moment the "Brunete4Geo 2020" event is archived, at which time the database will be deleted and, with it, the stored data of all users.

If any user wishes that their data be used for future communications by the event organization, they have to communicate it to the organization to provide him a form where they can fill that request.
